1. Acceptance

By using DAMIE CRYPTO SERVICE (DCS) in the Pi Browser, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service

DCS provides a Pi-focused wallet experience: Pi Authentication, Pi deposits via the Pi SDK, marketplace and learning features denominated in Pi. During the Pi test phase, balances and payments use test Pi and are not real-world money.

3. Pi-only rules

In Pi Ecosystem listing mode, DCS allows only Pi Authentication and Pi transactions. Other login methods and non-Pi currencies are disabled.

4. Your responsibilities

• Keep control of your Pi account and device
• Use the app lawfully and honestly
• Understand that test-phase activity may be reset

5. No financial advice

Information in Academy/Learning is educational. DCS does not provide investment advice.

6. Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We are not liable for downtime of Pi Network, hosting, or third-party services.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DCS and its operators are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
